MiniTrencher acquires SiBore Drill

MiniTrencher acquires SiBore DrillMiniTrencher, Vancouver, Wash., has acquired SiBore Drill. Expanding on its portable trenchers, SiBore Drill is a portable horizontal auger designed to dig underneath concrete, asphalt or any other hard material without breaking the surface. The drill uses a waterless-boring method.  

With a starting weight of 54 lbs., the drill can be transported in the trunk of a car or bed of a small pickup. The drill is powered by a Honda multi-position, four-cycle engine or a Makita 40V MAX XGT battery-powered motor. SiBore Drill has two models: SB215 that comes standard with 4-in.- and 6-in.- diameter earth drilling bits and the SB216, which comes standard with a 1-in. drilling bit for fiber optic and other electrical/wire needs.
