Mean GreenMean Green mower, Ross, Ohio, a battery-powered, commercial-grade turf care manufacturer and a Generac Power Systems company, Waukesha, Wis., is expanding its lineup with its all-new EVO 96, the world’s largest electric zero-turn mower, the company said. With a 96-in. deck, the wide-area lithium-powered commercial electric mower features a 96-in. mulching rear discharge deck with electronic folding wings that reduce the mower’s width to 72.5 in. for loading and transport.

The deck also includes baffles that result in 80 percent of grass clippings being mulched and 20 percent being discharged out the rear of the deck, the company said.

The mower also has an available 44kWh battery, which can mow continuously for up to 8 hours. A patented battery location is designed to help the mower achieve hillside stability and precision handling. The machine is capable of a top speed of up to 13 mph. Turf cut height can be adjusted electronically using the SmartDeck™ on-board controls.
