During The ARA Show™ 2023 in Orlando, Kevin Marchin, owner, M&M Sales, Belmont, N.C., received the 2022 American Rental Association’s (ARA) Leadership Impact Award for Region Three.
The Leadership Impact Award recognizes an individual whose leadership benefited their state and/or local association and its members over the past year. Marchin has served on the ARA of North Carolina board of directors as an associate member director for more than 10 years and is a longtime participant in the planning and execution of state chapter events.
“I’d like to say I received this award by attrition; I’ve been at it so long I outlasted all other competitors!” Marchin said with a laugh upon receiving the recognition.
