The 40V max XGT® brushless cordless GVJ01Z barrel grip jig saw from Makita USA, La Mirada, Calif., features orbital and straight cutting, variable speed control and up to 3,500 strokes/min (spm). The tool cuts up to 180 ft./charge using one 2.5Ah battery (battery not included). The saw has an ergonomically-designed barrel grip to allow closer-to-work control and more precise cuts, the company said.
