Herc Rentals, Bonita Springs, Fla., has expanded its presence in New York by acquiring Albany, N.Y.-based MAC Equipment, an independent equipment rental company with more than 20 years in business.
C2 Advisory Group represented MAC Equipment in the transaction. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
Herc Rentals now serves customers through approximately 400 locations and has about 7,200 employees in North America.
