, Bonita Springs, Fla., has acquired American Shoring, with locations in Newburgh, N.Y., Shrewsbury, Mass., and Joppa, Md. Founded in 1997, American Shoring manufactures, sells and rents a complete line of trench shoring equipment. The company is an independent trench provider in the New York, Philadelphia, Baltimore and Boston metropolitan markets.
