Gerflor, Bolingbrook, Ill., a manufacturer of specialized flooring for sport, commercial and residential environments, has acquired SnapLock Industries, Salt Lake City, a developer and manufacturer in the modular surface category.
SnapLock was founded more than 30 years ago and is known for brands such as SnapSports, RaceDeck, FastDeck, and SnapLock Dance, Tent & Event Floors.
SnapLock adds to the industry-leading portfolio of sports surface brands within the Gerflor portfolio, the company says.
