Personal and professional growth and optimizing company performance were on the mind of those who participated in the ARA of Georgia’s Leadership Workshop on Nov. 8, 2022.
The event, hosted at Iconic Decor Rentals Atlanta, Conyers, Ga., featured presenter Lee Ann Piano, a John Maxwell-certified speaker, trainer, coach and empowerment expert, who delivered two sessions packed with strategies to achieve personal and professional success.
Piano’s first session, “Becoming GREAT in the Workplace,” provided attendees with the tools, techniques and concepts for reaching next-level performance. Her second session, “How to Hire, Inspire and Retain Valuable Team Players,” detailed how to attract the right people, “must ask” interview questions, positively engage your workforce and methods to increase employee morale.
Those in attendance also enjoyed lunch and an inside look at the host’s facility.
