Final days to save on The ARA Show registration

The ARA Show™ 2024 begins in one week at the Ernest N. Morial Convention Center in New Orleans. With the show just around the corner, these are the final days to save on registration before on-site registration pricing begins on Friday, Feb. 16.

Advance registration pricing continues through Thursday, Feb. 15, so now is the time to lock in those last-minute savings. Also, The ARA Show Networking Package will only be available through Thursday or until sold out. A limited number of that package remains.

Below are prices for advance registration:

The ARA Show Networking Package: Includes education on Feb. 18, the Keynote Session, ARA Industry Awards Lunch, Regional Receptions (1–9) or Canadian Hospitality Reception for those who reside in Canada (Region 10), Women in Rental Breakfast, ARA Foundation Charity Auction and Reception, Tuesday Night Event and the trade show from Feb. 19–21. EventsU, ARAPAC Reception and the ARA Young Professionals Network (YPN) Reception can be purchased for an additional charge. A limited number of the Networking Package are available. This package is available only for American Rental Association (ARA) members and is $715.

Full Registration: Includes all education sessions on Feb. 18, the Keynote Session and the trade show from Feb. 19–21. Other show events can be purchased for an additional charge.

EventsU Registration: Tickets for EventsU, which takes place on Feb. 17, can be purchased separately. To register for EventsU, you must be an ARA member and also be registered to attend The ARA Show.
