The Commander MILLHOG® I.D. clamping pipe beveling machine from Esco Tool, A Unit of Esco Technologies, Holliston, Mass., is designed to prep all schedules of pipe from 3.75–in. outside diameter (O.D.) to 14–in. inside diameter (I.D.) using one mandrel and seven sets of clamps. Featuring three large, wide clamps that spread their contact forces radially inside the pipe for ultra-stable mounting, the beveler provides chatter-free operation for performing precision end preps on both thin and heavy wall pipe without requiring cutting fluids.
