Engineered Air acquires Campo Equipment

Engineered Air logoAirtex Manufacturing Partnership operating as Engineered Air, Calgary, Alberta, Canada, has completed the acquisition of Campo Equipment, Brampton, Ontario, Canada. 

Campo Equipment is a manufacturer of portable heating solutions for the construction, industrial, oil/gas, mining, event, disaster recovery industries and more. The company manufactures a complete line of indirect (Oil/LP/NG), electric, make-up air and self-contained units. 

Engineered Air is a North American manufacturer of custom heating, air conditioning, ventilation, refrigeration, energy recovery, heat transfer and clean room solutions serving commercial and industrial markets.  

“Engineered Air and Campo are family-run companies sharing aligned business policies of providing high-quality products to our customers and supporting these customers with after-sales service,” said David Taylor, president, Airtex. “The purchase of Campo expands Engineered Air’s sales reach into markets we do not currently compete in. Our go-forward strategy will be for Campo to continue providing its core products with a systematic process of introducing new products that will meet the future needs of our customers. Campo and Taylor will retain the Campo workforce and continue operations in Brampton, Ontario. Daniel Campo will retain his role as president and CEO.
