Airtex Manufacturing Partnership operating as Engineered Air, Calgary, Alberta, Canada, has completed the acquisition of Campo Equipment, Brampton, Ontario, Canada.
Campo Equipment is a manufacturer of portable heating solutions for the construction, industrial, oil/gas, mining, event, disaster recovery industries and more. The company manufactures a complete line of indirect (Oil/LP/NG), electric, make-up air and self-contained units.
Engineered Air is a North American manufacturer of custom heating, air conditioning, ventilation, refrigeration, energy recovery, heat transfer and clean room solutions serving commercial and industrial markets.

Campo and Taylor will retain the Campo workforce and continue operations in Brampton, Ontario. Daniel Campo will retain his role as president and CEO.
