The 8-ton tandem CC2200 VI asphalt roller from Dynapac North America, Fort Mill, S.C., belongs to a series of new rollers from 8 to 10 tons with drum width of 59 to 66 in. The roller’s ergonomically-designed interior comes with a new operator interface, including a full-color 7-in. touch display and easy access to all controls, the company says. The 360-degree pedestrian detection camera provides operators with a continuous “bird’s eye” view while working. A corrosion-free water tank is mounted low in the front frame.
