The DX62R-7 and DX63-7 mini excavators from DEVELON, Suwanee, Ga., replace the previous iterations and join the line of next-generation -7 Series mini excavators. Both models feature an updated design including a thumb-ready arm that has mounts integrated into the arm, eliminating the need for welding when adding a thumb, the company says. The DX62R-7 has an operating weight of 13,704 lbs., a maximum digging depth of 12 ft. 5 in and a maximum loading height of 13 ft. 3 in. The DX63-7 has an operating weight of 13,708 lbs., a maximum digging depth of 12 ft. 5 in. and a maximum loading height of 13 ft. 3 in.
