, Irving, Texas, has an online web platform, VisionLink® Productivity, for Cat PM600 and PM800 Series cold planers. The web platform is designed to help measure, monitor and manage assets, provide near real-time asset and job site data and allow for increased efficiencies and lower operating costs, the company says. The platform gathers, analyzes and summarizes detailed data such as time spent waiting for trucks, cutting and travel at the job site as well as distance cut, fuel burn, location and cycle mapping. The reporting technology enables contactors to measure performance of cycle segments.
