Another sneak peek at ARA Foundation Charity Auction items up for bid

The annual ARA Foundation Charity Auction and Reception will be held Tuesday, Feb. 20, from 5 to 6:30 p.m. at the La Nouvelle Ballroom, Ernest N. Morial Convention Center, during The ARA Show™ in New Orleans. All show attendees are encouraged to join in on this free event, which is sponsored by Ditch Witch, Mi-T-M Corp., Ritchie Bros. Auctioneers (America), Sany America and Trime US.

Participants can pick up a bid book at Registration on site at the show, at the Ritchie Bros. Auctioneers (America) Booth No. 2731, at the ARA Foundation Booth No. 2832 or at the auction.

A wide variety of items will be up for bid at the live auction — facilitated by Ritchie Bros. Auctioneers (America). Allied Financial Solutions, a show exhibitor, is offering six-months-same-as-cash financing on any auction item purchase.

Here is a look at just a few of the many items that will be up for bid at the auction:

Electric wheelbarrow

Donated by PowerPusher®, Div. of Nu-Star

The E-750 Electric Wheelbarrow™ from PowerPusher®, Div. of Nu-Star, Shakopee, Minn., safely transports loads weighing up to 1,000 lbs. The unit includes a heavy-duty poly tub. Estimated value: $7,770.

Rental software subscriptions

Donated by Eqpme

Toronto-based Eqpme, a provider of tech solutions made for independents in the rental space, has donated three (3) 1-year subscriptions to its Eqpme Business Pro software. The donation is available to U.S. or Canadian equipment rental companies or dealers and covers subscription cost only; does not include transaction or processing fees. Estimated value: $14,364 ($399 per month for each subscription).

Vacation voucher

Donated by ARA Insurance

ARA Insurance, Overland Park, Kan., has donated a $5,000 vacation voucher that can be used for any trip. Estimated value: $5,000.

Air compressor/welder combination unit

Donated by John Deere

To help keep your rental fleet up and running, John Deere, Moline, Ill., has donated its best-selling air compressor/welder combination unit, the Welderator model AC2-CW5170H. Estimated value: $5,342.
